Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’ve worn and used my garmin to track my 02 blood levels a couple of times a day and it gives me an average of how it is when sleeping at night. It’s helpful to also be able to check my blood pressure during the day. Although both numbers aren’t supposed to be exact, they are enough for me to spot trends if they deviate too much from previous readings. This device has been helpful for reminding me to breath more, set goals for drinking water, taking steps and observing how much sleep I’m getting at night.
