• I don't know when the purple one will be available but I went to the store and they were able to order one for me online where it arrived within two weeks!

• I personally called Best Buy today to ask about the Imperial Purple and they did not have an estimated time of arrival. I did find that all colors were available on the Garmin website and B & H PhotoVideo website.
