We would recommend using the following FAQ link to ensure that you are getting the most accurate heart rate data from the vivoactive 3: https://support.garmin.com/faqSearch/en-US/faq/content/xQwjQjzUew4BF1GYcusE59.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi, Just my two cents, but I have found my watch to be fairly accurate although you may want to try a chest strap which would give you the most accurate reading. fyi - I was in an Apple store so I tried on the apple watch along with my vivoactive and I found that both gave just about the same reading(although both may be off). You might also want to check on some other device(treadmill etc to see how high your reading goes, but those are usually not very accurate to begin with).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Heart rate is definitely influenced by your pace on your run--- were you at race pace or training? I would talk to doctor regardless if you are concerned.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’m not sure you need to see a doctor, your pulse isn’t out of a normal range, it is only up by 7. There could be many factors to consider. I have an Apple Watch and Garmin and they are pretty much InSync with each other
