• It is rubberized something, closer to silicone than plastic. Pretty flexible.

• They are silicone. Definitely not plastic they have a rubbery feel and are flexible.

• Great question. The darker colored bands are made from thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) and lighter colored bands are made from silicon. {CW}
