Does the band measure your activity if you're using a stationary bike? I ride a stationary bike in the gym every morning. I would love to know if it will track that activity.

I have found that if I have my hands placed on a handle bar or anything like that, it doesn't count me steps

No, I do not think so based on my wife's usage. It does not track our bike rides. It might if you had the chest monitor at least track calories. But, it does not pick up the pedaling.

No. It does not work with biking stationary or outside biking I did once put the garmin on my ankle then it did some tracking while on my bike
