• The vívofit 2 syncs via a small ANT plugin device (included in the box) inserted into a USB port on the computer. As long as the Windows 7 computer has a port, you should be fine. \tw/

• Yes, that's what I use with no problem syncing. It does not sync with my Samsung Galaxy 3 which is unfortunate.
