Yes. The vívofit 2 can be set up and data synced, using either a compatible Windows or Mac computer, or a compatible Android or iPhone and the Garmin Connect mobile app. To set up on your computer, you would need to install the Garmin Express application and sync the device. I am using my laptop only at this time with the ANT stick which is included and you plug it into USB port. Keep the device within 3 meters of your computer during setup Go to: Garminconnect.com/vivofit2 Select Download for Windows or Download for Mac and then select Run Select the checkbox if you agree to the terms and conditions Select Install Select Launch Garmin Express
