Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.From Day 1 could sync with my laptop (a PC, runs on Win 7), smooth and swiftly. Downloaded the Garmin Express software and along with the ANT stick...no problem at all. My smartphone & tablet run on android; something is wrong with app or else...takes 3 tries to sync.

(We already had a Garmin GPS, and it's the same program to update the GPS maps.) Sorry -- I don't have a smartphone, but have loaded the app on my iPad. I prefer reading the dashboard from my PC rather than the iPad, but didn't experience any issues syncing the Vivofit 2 unit with the iPad.

Please try again later.I have a windows based computer and yes, I sync my vivo fit with it on a regular basis without any problems, I don't use a smartphone but am pretty sure that it is compatible as well. The best feature of my band, in my opinion - being able to see the steps taken in real time, love it!
