I did it through the online software. It was pretty easy.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When you pair your Vivofit 2 with your computer, it will automatically pick up the time from your computer. To pair, you must first download the software to your PC or the Garmin Connect app to your mobile device. Bring your Vivofit 2 within 3 feet of your computer and hold the button down until "Pair" appears (NOT "Sync.") Follow any instructions on your computer.

If you have trouble syncing and there is nothing wrong with your ant, remove the vivo fit 2 device from Garmin Connect after removing the Ant from your computer. Replace the Ant and re-enter the vivo fit 2 named device back into the Connect software. You won't lose any data. You should then be fine. If this doesn't work contact Garmin support, they are great.
