• The time can be changed from 24hr to 12 hr but you do this on the Garmin Connect app under device settings. You have to sync your device to your iPhone or android phone. You can download the Garmin app on the AppStore or google play store. The name of the app is called Garmin connect. Once you are synced, go to device settings, then go to system. The 12 hr / 24hr option should be there.
