• I have worn mine all day every day for two and a half years, including in the shower. I have not gone swimming, but no issues with the shower.

• According to the package, you are encouraged to wear the Vivo Fit continuously-in the shower, swimming, etc. I haven't done this. I prefer to take it off when showering. I don't lose very much data and I'D rather be safe than sorry!
