• Garmin Connect Mobile is not compatible with Windows OS phones. Currently, only iOS and Android phones are compatible. You can view which specific iOS and Android models are compatible, please refer to this page: http://www.garmin.com/ble -NM

• There is no app for the Windows Phone platform, according to the Garmin website. However, you can still sync with the Connect website via a bluetooth enabled PC. Unless I am mistaken, a bluetooth PC adapter is included in the box. The Connect app only supports iOS and Android phones.

• The app was in the works some time ago, it is compatible with all new windows operating systems, and if the app is not there yet, it will be very soon.

• It sure will. I have 8.1 and works great syncing to Garmin Connect app.
