• This band is the first generation of vivofit, and there is no sound or vibration mode for alarm or reminder. It will display a red line when you haven't walked for an hour and the line will keep extending until you made several steps.

• Yes - an alarm can be set from the phone app and it vibrates when it goes off. No snooze.
