• LG does not supply the conversion valve. It's 7 bucks on Amazon, but now the Mfg'rs are too cheap to throw that in the bag with the $1000 dryer. Our prior LG came with valve AND instructions, I had to go to uTube to figure out how to do the conversion. Don't depend on Best Buy, their '''experts''' don't know how to either.
