• These technicians are licensed third party vendors that contracts with Best Buy so yes, they are licensed. This third party vendor is independent from Geek Squad, so no. This service will not be covered by Geek Squad Subs.

• I don't know if the Geek Squad is responsible for the connection, but I had no problem having it connected when delivered. The installers have to know in advance. And there is an extra charge.
