Yes, but the weight of the arm itself counts against its own capacity which is very misleading. The mic in the photo shows the Shure SM7dB which is the mic I have. The arm falls. Very easily even. This is NOT a secure arm for this microphone. I recommend finding something that supports atleast 5.5 lbs or more.
