“The turntable is solid. The three places where there should be indentations are solid so I cannot install the turntable. Help!!! The unit is brand new.”

Hey Mike. Congratulations on your new microwave! We're very sorry to hear you're having difficulties installing your turntable. We know how frustrating it must be to install a new microwave that you can't use yet and we're happy to help. The tray should have three notches in the middle bottom that fit in between the gear that rotates the tray. That is then supported by the ring around the outside. Because you are missing these notches, we suggest calling our Parts Team at 1-800-626-2002 so they can send you a new one. We appreciate your patience and we're happy to have you in the GEA family.
