Yes, the microwave has an interior light that comes on when the door is open or when the unit is operating. While the features are the same as JES1072SHSS, model JEM3072SHSS has a right-angle plug and designed to be installed under the cabinet to free up counter space with optional Undercabinet Hanging Kit JXA019K. The dimensions are as follows: JES1072SHSS: (HxWxD) 10 3/16 in x 17 5/16 in x 12 3/4 in / JEM3072SHSS: (HxWxD) 10 1/8 in x 17 1/4 in x 13 in. Thanks for checking with us!
