Hello- Thank you for your question. We are happy to help! Yes, it does have the California Proposition listed in the manual on page 5. To comply with federal and state chemical labeling laws. One such law is California Proposition 65, enacted by California in 1986 (Prop 65). This state law requires companies to provide a warning for thousands of consumer products, foods, prescription drugs, alcoholic beverages, enclosed parking facilities, amusement parks, furniture, and other everyday items. For more than a decade, we have complied with the Prop 65 requirements by providing a warning in the owner's manual. California recently updated its Prop 65 regulations to require, for products produced on or after August 30, 2018, new on-product warning labels (instead of owner's manual warnings). We, and other appliance manufacturers, will use on-product warning labels to comply with this state law. Starting in early August 2018, we began adding new labels to our products to comply with the new Prop 65 requirements. We hope this helps! If you have questions in the future, please let us know.
