“How do you use the normal microwave function on this unit? Do you press just the numbers for the amount of time you want to microwave (3 and 0 for 30 seconds) and press start? Or do you have to press other buttons first to get it to the microwave mode?”

Hey there, thanks for reaching out about this fantastic microwave. So sorry to hear of the trouble you've had using this unit and we're happy to help. The Cook Time feature allows you to microwave for any time up to 99 minutes and 99 seconds. Press the Cook Time button, enter the cooking time. Press the Start/Pause button to start cooking.
