“I want to use the convection feature to bake a cake in 13.5" x 9.25" rectangular metal baking pans. Will the pans fit? Is there a metal rack to slide in and out for convection cooking? I don't need the pan to rotate.”

This size won’t fit as the turntable turns , but I made layers for a round cake in mine
