I purchased this microwave on December, 2018. We don't use it often, once in awhile. All of sudden, the clock/ time display went off. The microwave is working, warming the food but there is no display of time. Please advice. null

press the CLOCK button, enter the time, then press the CLOCK button once more and it will stay up on the screen.

Hi Malika - Thanks for reaching out to us regarding the clock on your microwave. Model JES1145SHSS does not have a display On/Off feature. We suggest to reset the electronics by unplugging or by turning off power at the circuit breaker for 30 seconds or so. Keep in touch at GEAppliances.com - Sue
