We just bought this microwave but we noticed the turntable wobbles towards the edges. I didn't see a ring with wheels included, is this by design? null

Thanks for reaching out to us about your microwave. We're happy to help. The turntable should not wobble towards the edges. It should have the rotating ring to balance it out. We apologize for the microwave not being equipped with one upon its purchase. At the moment, the particular rotating ring that is needed (WB02X30611) is on backorder. It should have come with a ring and wheels. Yours must have been missing in the box,

There should be a ring with 3 wheels for the turntable to rotate on. It should have been included with the turntable.
