A:AnswerHi,
Thank you so much for reaching out. There is not a clear film that is to be removed once the initial stickers and tape have been removed. We certainly understand your concern about tape residue. The most effective way to remove adhesive left from film, packing tape, stickers, tags or labels on a new appliance and ensure no damage is done to the finish of the product is to apply one of the following:
Household Liquid Dishwashing Detergent
Mineral Oil
Cooking Oil
Goo Gone®
Apply any of these products using a soft, clean cloth and allow it to soak on the film, packing tape, sticker, tag or label. After soaking for a while, wipe it clean with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use a plastic pad or the equivalent on the appliance. Wipe the appliance dry and then apply polish to thoroughly clean and protect the surface.
Precautions:
Do not allow the mineral oil, cooking oil, or Goo Gone® to come in contact with any plastic parts, especially the inner liner of a refrigerator. These items will destroy the plastic parts.
Do not use Goo Gone® on stainless steel appliances unless you have tested it in an inconspicuous area first. In some cases, Goo Gone® can discolor or darken stainless steel. We hope this helps. We're here if you have any questions. Mike@GEA

A:AnswerHi there, thank you for reaching out with this question. While this microwave does not have any specific mode or setting for baking banana bread, you may be able to try some microwave-compatible recipes. If you try any recipes, we would recommend making sure that you use microwave safe cookware that is not made of metal. For information on adjusting the power level which some recipes may require, we would advise you consult page 8 of the manual. We hope this helps, and please let us know if there are any other questions we can assist you with in the future. -Elliot@GEA
A:AnswerHello. Thanks for reaching out! To open the microwave, you would press the latch release button located on the bottom right of the unit. We hope this helps, and should you have any additional questions, please reach out to us!- Kianna@GEA
A:AnswerWe appreciate you reaching out about this! We recommend you use only appropriate microwave cookware. Some cookware, like stoneware, can block or absorb microwave energy, so we do not recommend you use it in your microwave. If you have anything else you'd like to ask about, feel free! -Chris@GEA
