Hello Bonbon - We are very sorry to hear your microwave is not working properly. This is certainly frustrating and we would be happy to help. Repairs to the door an a counter top microwave are not cost effective. We recommend replacing the microwave with one of our new, excellent models found at Best Buy. Thanks! - JB
