We apologize for the microwave not being equipped with one upon its purchase. At the moment, the particular rotating ring that is needed (WB02X30611) is on backorder. • It should have come with a ring and wheels. Yours must have been missing in the box,

• There should be a ring with 3 wheels for the turntable to rotate on. It should have been included with the turntable.
