• The control panel for model GCST11N1WSS is not backlit, and the lettering on the keypads does not light up. We designed the control panel to have a high contrast of the background and keypads, and recommend using the microwave in a well lit location. We maintain digital copies of all manuals on our GE Appliances website, so you can access instructions for your appliance at any time. There’s also a link to your manual on Best Buy’s product page for the model, when you click the ‘Features’ section and scroll to the bottom. The manual includes information about the controls, care and cleaning instructions, etc.
