Hi JG - The power cord on countertop models is on the top right side of the case in the rear, behind the control panel. The power cord is approximately 39" in length. Thanks for your interest in GE! Sue

Looking at the front of the microwave towards the back, the cord is on the at the top of the right hand side on the back and measures 40". Hope this helps. All the best !!!
