Hi Sherry- This is Sue at GE Appliances. Thanks for viewing our GE Series model JES1145SHSS! The approximate dimensions are as follows: (HxWxD) 12 in x 20 5/16 in x 15 5/8 in. Microwaves need adequate air clearance on each side, the rear and the top to function properly. This allows good circulation for the intake and discharge air vents (3" of clearance on both sides and the top and 1" clearance in the rear).
