• mine runs smoothly, however there was a lot of packaging tape along the rim of the door and the opening face of the oven. I would make sure that all of the clear tape has been removed and that there are no bits of styrofoam stuck to the ring insert (and the tiny wheels) under the clear glass dish or the center prong inside the bottom of the oven as well.
