Don't have mounting or cabinet and yes it could be fix

Your frustration with this is understood and we would love to look into further as this is not the experience we strive so hard for. We are seeing that this microwave is a "Return to Vendor" model as parts for it are extremely limited. In this case, we recommend you reach out to your local Best Buy to evaluate what your options for repair are.
