There are fractional differences in the height and width of the two microwaves which may require you to also purchase the new JX827SF built-in kit. Your ZEM200 microwave measures 11 3/16"H x 23 25/32"W. The new PEM31SF model measures 11 3/4"H x 24"W. When they put it above a stove and you fry, the vent is not very effective under a microwave.
Your ceiling and walls will get all greasy. My experience anyway. Good luck.

A:AnswerNot sure of your dimensions. You must measure well. But I just replaced my microwave and trim. The new microwave and new trim kit is smaller than the existing hole made for the older models that it replaces. But they do sell stainless steel filler strips on Amazon. Problem solved and looks great. It’s not completely easy. It takes some carpentry skills and ingenuity but I figured it out.
