are the bulbs under the microwave (it hangs from a top vent) pulled out or unscrewed? One needs to be replaced.but I cannot get it out ot the connection? They each have plastic or glass windows covering them.

The oven is sitting on a shelf above the counter and needs to be slipped into place. Problem -- it weighs around 40 lbs. and we are in our 80's and can't handle the weight. If BB could only replace the oven and either deliver to our home or order it, deliver to store to make sure it isn't damaged, then we could get our son to bring the other one we bought and return it to the store. This way he would be available to put it back in the wall. This has been a nightmare. So much for Total Tech. We have never had problems with our Geek Squad computer issues but this is upsetting.
