“my GE JVM1350BW002 over the counter microwave stopped working today. It was manufactured March 1997. Will need to replace it and have it installed as it sits over the stove. What model do I need to buy and cost/installation?”

Hello Motherbear123, We appreciate you reaching out and for your continued loyalty in using GE appliances. We'll be happy to help you find a replacement. All our over-the-range microwaves are designed to fit into a 30" cabinet opening. This makes choosing a replacement a breeze. Please note however, that you will need to use the mounting kit that comes with the model. This is because the kit is made specifically for that model. One such model is JNM7196SKSS.
