“How do you turn off the vent when cooking? It is tooooo loud. I am about ready to take this back just for this reason. Thanks”

• Thank you for asking this great question! Unfortunately, you cannot disable the vent fan. The vent fan comes on automatically to protect the microwave, as well as the cooking surface below. We hope this helps; kind regards – Matthew@GEA

• Click the vent button again. It goes to low. Then again for off. There are to settings High and then low
