“I have a GE built in microwave JE1860. Built in 2000 built over oven, 30 x 19 but the microwave is only 23 3/4 x12 5/3 will a GE stainless steel micro wave fit. Or What model will fit in that space 24x13 ? Any other brand if fits ?”

You will also need 30" Trim Kit JX7230SLSS (Stainless Steel).
