Hey there, and thanks for this great question! The unit should be connected to a separate 15- to 20- ampere branch circuit single grounded outlet. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine is on a 20 Amp circuit, Manual says 15 or 20 Amp circuit will work. I would recommend it on a single circuit. Make sure it is not on the same as the refrigerator.
