• To clean the stainless steel on model JVM3160RFSS, we recommend using Stainless Steel Magic or a similar product using a clean, soft cloth. More information about cleaning the stainless steel is available on page 15 of the manual; you can view the manual on Best Buy's product page for the microwave when you go to the 'Features' section and scroll to the bottom.
