• From what I remember it came with a bracket and template for mounting. I didn't need to use them as I was replacing a similar unit with brackets already installed so I didn't pay a lot of attention to what was included.

• Yes it does, we were hoping to use the bracket from our old but the holes didn't line up, comes with template to make install easier
