“I have an 11 year old GE over the range microwave model JNM1851SM4SS which no longer works. I see one on your website which is model number JVM3160RFSS would that be the replacement for the one I have. Please advise.”

Hello, thank you for your question and interest in our microwaves! We recommend model JNM3184RPSS as a replacement for your old unit as it features similar dimensions. For your reference, your current microwave has the following dimensions: 16-13/32" x 29-7/8" x 15-1/4" (HxWxD) and the JNM3184RPSS has these dimensions: 16-7/16" x 29-7/8" x 15-1/8" (HxWxD). Please try again later.We purchased this unit to replace the exact same part number that we had bought 6 years ago; however, this new unit is NOT an identical replacement and we hate it! The display is very difficult to see, very light white. I would not buy this unit again.
