Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Elara - We are sorry to hear of the broken handle. Replacing microwave handles requires disassembly of the door, and therefore should be replaced by a service technician. Any adjustment or repair involving the microwave door needs to be followed up by a leak test to make sure of proper fit, operation, and alignment. This must be done by a qualified technician. If interested, you can schedule an appointment with GE Appliances Factory Service at GEAppliances.com/service or call 1-800-GECares (1-800-432-2737). If you are interested in a replacement, check out GE Profile™ 2.1 Cu. Ft. Over-the-Range Sensor Microwave Oven PVM9215SKSS and GE® 1.9 Cu. Ft. Over-the-Range Sensor Microwave Oven JVM7195SKSS. All 30" over-the-range microwaves are approximately the same width, and are designed to fit into a 30" wide cabinet opening. Therefore, any of our 30" over-the-range models will work as a replacement for an existing 30" over-the-range model. Thanks for choosing GE! Sue
