Yes, it comes with a little flapper thingy. I did not install mine as it just vents out into the kitchen
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not sure what damper is but if you are talking about top piece open when microwave is running - yes. Technician replaced old microwave’s with new one using only what came in the box. Works just fine.
