“I have a GE Profile Advantium 120 Over the Range Microwave in White that is about 15 years old. It works perfectly but the handle broke off at the bottom would it be possible to repair or replace the handle?”

Replacing microwave handles requires disassembly of the door, and therefore should be replaced by a service technician. Any adjustment or repair involving the microwave door needs to be followed up by a leak test to make sure of proper fit, operation, and alignment. This must be done by a qualified technician.
