QuestionCan you set it to cook for less than 1 minute?I am accustomed to setting my previous microwave for a few items for only 20 seconds. Can I do this with my new one?

- Answer Hi Janice- Thanks for choosing our GE over-the-range microwave! Press the Cook Time pad and use the number pads to choose the desired cook time up to 99 minutes and 99 seconds. Press 2-0 for 20 seconds. QuestionWhat are the decible levels of unitlooking for a quieter microwave than our old 13 year old GE. Specs wanted on the fan at every speed, the turntable motor, and the cooking unit. This is most useful info, I'm surprised it's not readily available on this model and all GE microwaves, or all microwaves period. Also considering the GE 1.7 CF, so specs on it as well please.

QuestionCan this model be used on the countertop?We were looking to eventually purchase an over-the-range unit after having some cabinetry work done, however, we are in need of a microwave earlier than expected. Can this model be used on the countertop and then installed over the range when we're ready?

- Answer Hi-this is Sue from GE Appliances. We are excited to hear of your interest! Over-the-range microwaves are not designed or approved for countertop use. The underside is not flat and would not provide a stable surface. Additionally, there can be a heat issue, especially if the vent fan or surface lights were accidentally turned on. QuestionCan this be used as a replacement model for JVM3670WF?I prefer something with similar dimensions to fit the existing space where the JVM model was (in between cabinets). Will this fit on the wall bracket used for the JVM3670?

- Answer The JVM3670 is 36 inches wide. This unit is 30 inches wide. You would be better off getting a 36" wide replacement.....
