Hi - We have wonderful news. All of our over-the-range style microwaves fit in a 30" wide opening. We do recommend using the installation hardware and mounting bracket that is included with the new model. Your existing model is a 2.1 cubic foot capacity with sensor cooking functions. We would recommend taking a look at the PVM9215SKSS or the JVM7195SKSS to have similar capacity and sensor cooking functionality. Please reach out to us again if you have additional questions.
