Is the Thermal Carafe really dish washer safe? null

I don't recall seeing anything about being dishwasher safe. I use mine in a camper, and hand wash. The carafe is stainless steel and very easy to clean inside and out. The actual top is similar to a silicon or Teflon material, not sure I would put that in a dishwasher.
