Hello Rick - this is Nancy at GE Appliances and I am happy to help you. The overall approximate dimensions of this refrigerator are: 59-7/8 in high x 24 in wide x 28-5/8 in deep. The following air clearances should also be maintained: 3" in the back, 1" on each side and 4" on the top. I hope this helps and will work within your space requirements! Thanks for checking with us!
