“Does the machine run quietly? I'm assuming it can be heard when it's making ice, but just curious how quiet the machine is when it's maintaining it's normal temperature. Is it as quiet as a typical refrigerator or does it operate at louder levels?”

Hi finnjam- The ice machine is designed for quiet operation but will make some noise during the ice making cycle. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.During times it is not making ice, it does nothing. So zero noise. This box does not cool or refrigerate like a fridge. When it does make ice it is difficult to hear. It’s that quiet.
