Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you have a Scotsman then this is an easy replace. Simply disconnect your water pump line and unplug the old machine and pull it out of the cabinet. Then slide the new one in. Takes all of 10 mins. As for service, you can usually find cleaning and repair people who will clean ice machines. Cold Tex in Dallas is great if you are in the area.
