“I just cleaned the air filter on my unit. After removing the filter, I noticed that the entire right edge (opposite of where you pull the filter out) is slightly bent. It is "evenly" bent, only about one-quarter of an inch. Is this normal?”

Hello and thank you for reaching out about this fantastic air conditioner. It is not normal for the filter to be bent. However, if the filter can be removed and replaced easily, this will not affect the operation of the unit. Please let us know if you have any more questions. - JB
